Locating the Venezuelan-affiliated Tanker 'Pursued' by the US Coast Guard

A uniquely yellow-colored residential building visible behind helped us locate the video.
We are checking video footage and photographs circulated this morning that show the scene of a reported vehicle-borne explosive explosion that Russian officials state fatally injured a high-ranking military officer in Moscow.
Russian authorities stated that Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov was inside the car that exploded and that he succumbed of his injuries. A probe is currently ongoing.
Our starting point to check the location from which the pictures originated was based on social media reports indicating the explosion happened on Yasenevaya Ulitsa in the southern district of the Russian capital.
Our analysis employed street-view imagery on Google Maps and the Russian search engine Yandex to match the unique yellow hue of a adjacent residential complex seen in the video.
Identifying other structures, streetlights and the road configuration verified where the pictures were captured.
Additionally, we verified that the videos were recent and that the images had not undergone digital alteration.
